You sit down, you want to watch something. Simple, right? You open the app. And then… the menu. Oh, the menu! ‘Continue Watching’ – okay, I get that. Then ‘Trending Now.’ Then ‘Because You Watched That One Thing Six Months Ago.’ Then ‘Stuff You Might Like,’ which is just more trending stuff. And then ‘New Releases,’ then ‘Old Releases,’ then ‘Stuff That’s About To Leave.’ Just show me the movie! It’s like a waiter bringing you 17 different menus before you even get a glass of water. ‘Here’s the dinner menu, here’s the specials, here’s the dessert menu, here’s the kids menu, here’s the menu from 1987…’ I’m hungry! I just want to order!
